We endeavor to dispatch all orders of Jackets, belts, braces, purses, accessories, and wallets by the following working day. However, all our Products are made to order so will have up to 3 working days handling time. Orders with personalization will also require up to 3 working days to process. We always do our best to dispatch orders as soon as possible and we will contact you immediately if we have any delays in fulfilling your order.

Our deliveries are shipped via FedEx and DHL Post.

We have put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. It usually takes about 10-20 business days for standard shipping and 3-6 business days for express shipping (For fast and accurate delivery, a phone number is required on shipping information), when the logistics tracking number comes out.

Verification

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. (If you didn’t leave an email address. We are not able to send you a confirmation email.) We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request.

Processing

It normally takes 3-7 business days for us to process your order. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.

Shipping

Standard Shipping takes 10-20 business days to arrive, and Express shipping (For fast and accurate delivery, a phone number is required on shipping information) takes 3-6 business days to arrive when logistic tracking number comes out.

Tracking

If you can’t track your package by the tracking number, don’t worry, please contact us as soon as possible, we will get back to you within 24 hours.

* Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of the order, and can take longer than expected date due to an invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.

* Please contact our customer service representative within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time, our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
Taxes & Duties:

Please note that international orders may be subject to taxes & duties and will be the responsibility of the customer. Any applicable duties or fees will be collected at the time of order delivery.
If should you decide to return your order for the refund we will be unable to refund you any costs you may have incurred for local duty/taxes.
